Ms. Julie
*Chosen as the most influential dance educator throughout the entire Coulee Region!
Ms. Austins personal training includes dance professionals from Russia, Europe, New Zealand and the United States! This wealth of knowledge shows in many of her students that have gone onto successful dance careers.
She is very proud of the diverse, educated and experienced teachers at her three studios accommodating the recreational student up to the pre-professional dancer.
Ms. Julie has always lived in small towns. She strongly believes children are our future no matter if they come from a small town or a bigger city. This is why she loves to bring the art of dance to the smaller communities! Her desire is to help children develop not only dance skills but self-esteem, discipline, confidence, focus and an appreciation for the arts. She is currently working on providing dance classes for children with disabilities and special needs. She would love to have them perform at the annual Spring Shows to help these children and to teach the other students about respect and to be grateful for their own health.

She retired in 1997, but continued to work as a substitute teacher at Julie's school of dance. Last year she came out of retirement to teach a beginner/intermediate tap class for adults, and had so much fun that she has decided to offer the class again this season.
